The LaLa Foundation uses art to inspire and bring about social change and builds a cultural bridge between the Netherlands and India.
The LaLa Foundation was founded in 2020 by Lalita van Lamsweerde and Noreen van Holstein after they jointly organized the Rembrandt.Nu exhibition in 2019. Both founders have lived and worked in India for 17 and 8 years respectively and play an active role in the cultural and social sector in both India and the Netherlands.
